How do I return an item?

PEGAFLY RETURN POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or unopen merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 7 days.

All products at Pegafly are checked by our quality control department against defects, blemishes, scratches before shipping the products to our customers. We highly value our products and we want to package a great shopping experience to our clientele.


Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless found defective by proof within the 7 days.

Items purchased above 100$ will include a 10% stocking fee.
 
Your refund will take place once we received the products in our warehouse facility.
 

We will issue a return address. All customers paid for the return shipment. The amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 
All fragrance & cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund to be issued.
